Have you ever imagine the work of your dream ? I did. Mine was creating something that would impact the world for the better and that would make a difference for the Planet and the Animals.
Since I was a little girl I felt this wonderful connection with them : I adopted homeless dogs and cats, I chose products that were cruelty-free and I also changed my diet to a plant-based one.
I studied laws, reason why I’ve started to work as an Animal Rights’ Lawyer.
I‘ve represented in the Court more that 70 causes of animal cruelty: dogs, cats, horses.
I’ve lectured in several national and international Animal Rights Conferences.
With a small group of people, we’ve created for the first time an Animal Rights Subject in the Law School of the University of Cordoba, Argentina. In 2012, it became the first Latin American University to teach animal protection laws to future lawyers.
Living in the Canary Islands, Spain, I knew that it was time to move forward and change the game from the inside out. It was the moment to be a conscious entrepreneur.
As it’s been a long time since I’ve stopped drinking cow milk, I’ve decided to create a vegan product line that would include plant based drinks made from grains and nuts.
The idea was simple: offer a healthy and handy product that could be easily consumed by vegans, vegetarians, those suffering from lactose intolerance, and everyone who wanted to bring nutrition to his life. By 2016, I’ve started doing tests…
…and later with Micaël we’ve created Cerealthy.
Since then we’ve been develoving our recipes in order to improve them. We’ve been testing and testing. New food processes, new ingredients, new flavors, new packaging.
This year we had the amazing opportunity to participate in Brinc’s Food Technology Accelerator Program in Hong Kong.
After a very difficult selection process, we’ve been chosen between hundreds of company from all around the planet.
On May, we’ve traveled to Hong Kong to join the program for the on-site training. There, we had access to :
Mentorship to learn more about branding, legals, fund raising, manufacturing, marketing, production, and sales from Brinc’s stuff and from international experts;
A network of startups, investors and partners;
Exhibit our product in HOFEX, the largest food and hospitality tradeshow in the Asia-Pacific region (held biannually in Hong Kong)
Prototype/finish our recipes in a commercial kitchen (Cook Beyond http://cookbeyond.co/ Special Thanks to Bonnie!) and learn from two of the most incredible food scientists of the moment: PhD Dalal AlGhawas & PhD Alfred Cheung
Pitch during the « Spring 2019 Demo Day » in order to share our pioneering technology and products with investor and press.
Right now, we are ready to launch our products.
We also want to diversify our range of products by working in our R&D.
